Drapery Look Fun Fold!

Welcome Stampin' Friends!
I thought, oh yea, this is gonna be complicated. It's not! Once you get the hang of the fold lines, it's a breeze! Beautiful too! The "drape" fold is addicting!
That drapery look of the Designer Series Paper is a wow! Between making 10 of these, Valentine's Day cards, Baptism card for my newest granddaughter (which I can't show you because she hasn't gotten it yet), and birthday cards like this one, I'm running out of Love Blossoms DSP Stack. Until I order another pack, I'll have to go play with different DSP and see what I can come up with.

There are awesome video tutorials on Youtube and Pinterest. Search or Google it. Here is a little quick measuring template I made. Basic, but it works.
Remember to stamp those envelopes too! SU has gorgeous envelopes that stamp beautifully! It's like a sneak peek to the card inside!

  1. Hi Gwen! I just love this card and the paper you used. Is the card size a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2? Any chance
you have the dimensions for the other layers. Thx for sharing this card. It's going to be one of my
favorites!!!! Pat B my email address is

    1. Hi Patty!
      Yes, the card is 4 ¼ x 5 ½.
4 x 5 ¼ piece of Whisper White card stock layering a 4 x 2 ½ piece of DSP at the top and then lining up the “drapery” piece from the bottom and overlapping the DSP piece. Adhere this finished piece to the 4 ¼ x 5 ½ card front leaving 1/8 of an inch border on all sides. Hope this helps! Have fun!

    2. This one has to be my fav!
