Masking Technique Christmas Card!

Welcome Stampin' Friends!
Thank you Stamp Club Ladies! Besides having a great time, we get spoiled too! Jen and Lea brought wine and Chef Lea made a delicious Pumpkin Roll! Oh, and we made cards too! Today I'll talk about the Christmas Wishes card.

Masking Technique is stunning in person. Made the template using the 3rd largest oval in the Oval Framelits set and 1" circle punch for the moon.
Applied Tombow Multi Mono Liquid Glue to the back of template and let it dry. (permanent when wet, repositional when dry) It can be taken off and reused. Sponge your choice of two or three colors until you are happy with the look, SLOWLY, remove the template, and wala, magic!
Using Mossy Meadow, we stamped the top 1/2 of the evergreen tree from Lovely As a Tree stamp set (one of the best ones ever and synonymous with Stampin' Up!) 3x and then stamped on top and a bit off center with White Craft ink. Embossed the white embossing powder. This gives the trees a little 3D effect.
Embellish as much or as little as you like! I have seen this masking technique done using MDS (My Digital Studio from Stampin' Up!) too and looks beautiful! This hands on one is a much messier on the fingers. Lots of baby wipes!

Hope you like it! Off to work now. I'll show more of the Star card tomorrow! God bless! Have a great day!
