We used the Wondrous Wreath Stamp Set and coordinating Framelits at Stamp Club on Tuesday. Perfect duo for Christmas, or Thanksgiving cards and by changing up the ink colors, create cards for any occasion.
As a wreath is a symbol of strength in faith, peace, welcoming, growth and everlasting life, and of the future by completing the circle of existence; it can be used to create cards for a wedding, shower, new baby, new home or just to let someone know you are thinking of them.
We also made just the wreath in fall colors using the Baby Wipe Technique and die cut it out. Place a baby wipe in a clear stamp case (or a plate) and put in a few drops of different color re-inkers on the wipe in an area large enough to cover the image on the stamp. Use this baby wipe as a stamp pad! You'll get an awesome look of watercoloring. The clear stamp case allows you to close the lid to keep the wipe moist for up to a few hours. Each stamp club member made 6 of these and was given the challenge to come up with their own cards to swap at next month's meeting. Can't wait to see what my stampin freinds come up with! Love their creativity!
